Handbook for quality in cultural Web sites

The Handbook for quality in cultural Web sites: improving quality for citizens was successfully presented during the Parma International conference on 21st November 2003.

This work was carried out with the contribution of more than 30 experts from all over Europe and originated from the Brussels Quality Framework, the first document on the matter edited in 2001 on the occasion of the 1st meeting of the National Representatives Group in Brussels.

The Handbook for quality in cultural Web sites should be considered as a working document, in need of further developments. It is not only a working document but also a work in progress, carried out in the context of all MINERVA work packages, of the documents that they produce, and of the principles and guidelines they formulate.
